The filling and sealing system integrated with 3 stations, the first station is weighing and pre air-releasing, the second station is decent air-releasing by vacuum filter sticks, the third station is continuously heat sealing.

This packing unit includes one set of buffer belt conveyor, one set of climbing conveyor, one set of VFS1100 secondary bag in bag packing machine and one set of take-off conveyor,equipped with weight checker and case packer for more efficient and automatic.
