CJF-2000 series of electronic scales are designed to weigh various kinds of materials such as granules, flakes and strips by using high technology and multi-level feeding method of four hoppers controlled by self-developed high-speed software system. Through the various levels of feeding into the hopper, and then through the sensor to measure the weight to reach the weighing target value, feedback to the display and external equipment (such as packaging machines), and after getting the external equipment to request the discharge signal, can be discharged by itself. At the end of discharging the electronic scale automatically enters the next cycle of weighing in order to achieve continuous working performance.

The system is designed to pack organic food products into a most classic pillow bag, suitable for automatically packaging of fresh fruit and vegetables like leafy salad, greens, chopped salad kits as well as frozen food like fish ball, chicken wings, chicken feet, shrimps, etc.

The filling and sealing system integrated with 3 stations, the first station is weighing and pre air-releasing, the second station is decent air-releasing by vacuum filter sticks, the third station is continuously heat sealing.
