Premade Pouch Rotary Packing Machine is an automatic packing machine which automatic feeding & pick up pouches, coding, open the pouches, filling products into the pouches, then sealing & output.

This packing unit includes one set of buffer belt conveyor, one set of climbing conveyor, one set of VFS1100 secondary bag in bag packing machine and one set of take-off conveyor,equipped with weight checker and case packer for more efficient and automatic.

GFCK-X is Zengran’s industry leading product which is specially designed for ultra-fine powder above 1000mesh weighing and filling into PE premade bags. The filling and sealing system integrated with 3 stations, the first station is weighing and pre air-releasing, the second station is decent air-releasing by vacuum filter sticks, the third station is continuously heat sealing.
